Captain Jeff Fabrizio and his K-9 partner Sadie are part of the FIU team in the City of Belleville. Sadie is trained to detect and locate accelerants (i.e. gasoline) that are commonly used to intentionally set fires.
Joe Garland and K-9 Chewy

Joe Garland is a member of the Belleville Fire Department.

In 2009 he became a certified arson K-9 handler for the Belleville Fire Department. He was partnered with K-9 Chewy during a five week class in Alfred, Maine sponsored by State Farm®. Joe and Chewy are certified according to the Maine Criminal Justice Academy standards.
